Do I need an account?
No email sign-up. imascot creates an anonymous device account automatically. Your mascots sync via a secure token stored in your iPhone Keychain.
What's included in Free vs Pro?
Free: 3 mascots, 4 basic gestures, PNG exports with watermark. Pro: unlimited mascots, all gestures, watermark-free exports, and a commercial license for exported assets. See Terms & License.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Settings → Restaurar compras (Restore purchases). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Can I use my mascot in a commercial app?
Yes, with an active Pro subscription or lifetime purchase. Export your mascot and use the files in your project. Free-tier exports are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Why does my PNG have a watermark?
Watermarked PNGs are part of the Free tier. Upgrade to Pro to export without the iMascot watermark.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select imascot Pro, and cancel. You keep Pro access until the current period ends.
I lost my mascots after reinstalling
Mascots are tied to your device token in Keychain. If you delete the app without iCloud Keychain backup, or install on a new device, you start fresh. We recommend exporting important mascots before uninstalling.
